Wherever any such conflict may be found to exist, the provisions of the Uniform Firearms Act or Title 34 shall prevail. It is however, the intention of Borough Council that the provisions herein regulating air rifles and paintball guns or rifles are intended to be more restrictive than provided in state law as permitted at 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 6304(e).
