Noncriminal disposition of violations — See Ch. 325.
No person shall loiter, saunter or continue to sit or stand in any street, public place or public building, so as to obstruct or impede any other person in the rightful use of or access to such places.
No person shall bathe in any of the waters of the Town, in a state of nudity, in places exposed to public view, or in immediate sight of the occupants of any dwelling.

No person shall on any street, sidewalk, or public place, without a written permit from the Select Board, consume any alcoholic beverage or possess any opened container, full or partially full, of any alcoholic beverage.
