For the purposes of this fee schedule, a load shall be defined
as all materials contained within or on the transporting vehicle and/or
trailer except for those specifically noted within the fee schedule.

A base load shall be defined as the volume equivalent to a unit
space eight feet long by six feet wide by four feet high (standard
pickup) or any part thereof. The certified transfer station operator
or attendant shall estimate the number of equivalent base loads and
charge a fee accordingly.

the appropriate fee associated with both the vehicle and trailer.
