Any person who violates, neglects, or refuses to comply with
or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter
shall be subject to a forfeiture, as may be established by the Village
Board, plus costs of prosecution for each violation. An unlawful violation
includes failure to comply with any standard of this chapter or with
any condition or qualification attached to the permit. Each day that
a violation exists shall be a separate offense.
As a substitute for, or an addition to forfeiture actions, the
administering authority may seek enforcement of any part of this chapter
by court actions seeking injunctions or restraining orders.
