As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
Any individual, partnership, company, association, society,
corporation, or other legal entity.

The Borough of Red Lion hereby adopts and incorporates by reference
the Rules and Regulations of the Red Lion Municipal Authority.[1] Any amendment or modification of these rules and regulations
by the Red Lion Municipal Authority at any time in the future shall
also be adopted and incorporated automatically by the Borough of Red
Lion.
