Township of Maplewood, NJ Article IV Transfer of Liquor License

§ 79-15 Notice required for place-to-place transfer.

Notice of a hearing on a Maplewood Alcohol Beverage Control Commission place-to-place liquor license transfer shall be given at least 10 days prior to the hearing by the applicant to all property owners as shown on the current tax duplicates, located within 200 feet in all directions of the proposed new location. The notice shall be given by:

A. Serving a copy thereof on the property owner as shown on the current tax duplicate, or his agent in charge of the property; or

B. Mailing a copy thereof by certified mail to the property owner at his/her address as shown on the current tax duplicate.
