No building, structure or land shall be constructed, altered, used or occupied for any purpose or in any manner unless in conformity with this chapter, the regulations herein specified for the zoning district in which it is located, and all other applicable Township ordinances including, but not limited to, the Township Construction Code [Chapter 5, Part 1], the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance [Chapter 22] and the Township Stormwater Management Ordinance [Chapter 26, Part 1].

No building shall hereafter be erected or altered to exceed the height,
to accommodate a greater number of families or to occupy a greater
percentage of lot area which by its placement on a lot creates a nonconforming
yard or setback.
2.
No part of a yard or other open space required about any building
for the purpose of complying with the provisions of this chapter shall
be included as a part of a yard or other open space similarly required
for another building.
