The Fire Code, known as the "Fire Health and Safety Code" or
other variation, as amended from time to time, shall be the Fire Code
for the Town of Windham.
This article shall be interpreted in the manner set forth in Chapter 1 of the Code of Ordinances. This article shall be supplemental to the state fire and building codes, and where there is any conflict between any provision of this article and the state fire or building codes, the provision imposing the greater restriction or regulation shall be deemed to be controlling.
