Editor's Note: This ordinance was originally adopted as Ch. 163, Stormwater Management: Skippack Creek and Wissahickon Creek Watersheds. Ordinance No. 2016-08, adopted 2-22-2016, limited the applicability of Ord. No. 2014-11 to the Skippack Creek Watershed and redesignated its provisions as Ch. 161.
