Fees may be established by the municipality to defray costs
incurred by the municipality. All fees shall be paid by the applicant.
A fee schedule shall be established by resolution of the municipal
governing body, which may be based on the size of the regulated activity
or the municipality's costs for processing SWM site plans and
conducting inspections. The municipality may periodically update the
fee schedule to ensure that its costs are adequately reimbursed.
The fees authorized by this chapter may at a minimum cover:
A.
Administrative costs.
B.
Review of the SWM site plan by the municipality.
C.
Site inspections.
D.
Inspection of SWM facilities and drainage improvements during construction.
E.
Final inspection at the completion of the construction of the SWM
facilities and drainage improvements presented in the SWM site plan.
F.
Any additional work required to enforce any permit provisions, correct
violations, and assure proper completion of necessary remedial actions.
If stormwater management facilities are accepted by the Township
for dedication, the Township may require persons installing such facilities
to pay a specified amount to the municipal stormwater management facility
operation and maintenance fund to help defray costs of operations
and maintenance activities. The amount may be determined as follows:
