The Ross Township Board of Commissioners does hereby adopt the
Ross Township Employee Handbook, Policy, Procedures and Code of Conduct
Manual attached hereto as Exhibit A[1] as the official Ross Township Employee Manual.

The Ross Township Board of Commissioners does hereby mandate
the implementation of the same and directs each employee to adhere
to the provisions thereof.

the Township Manager to enforce the disciplinary provisions thereof
in accordance with the terms and provisions therein.
