1. 
The following acts by any person within the confines of Bellevue Memorial Park shall be, and the same are hereby, prohibited:
A. 
Climbing trees, cutting, breaking, injuring, defacing or disturbing any tree, shrub, plant, rock, building, monument, fence, bench or other structure, apparatus or property; plucking, pulling up, cutting, taking or removing any tree, shrub, bush, plant or flower; gathering or taking any fruit or nut; cutting, writing or marking upon any building, monument, fence, bench, table or other structure, apparatus or property.
B. 
Injuring, defacing or destroying any notice, rule or regulation posted for the government of the park.
C. 
Cutting or removing any wood, turf, grass, soil, rock, sand or gravel.
D. 
Making or kindling a fire for any purpose, except in places expressly provided therefor by the park management.
E. 
Indulging in riotous, boisterous, threatening, immoral or indecent conduct.
F. 
Using any abusive, threatening, profane, immoral, indecent or suggestive language.
G. 
Selling or offering for sale any merchandise, article or thing whatsoever except through duly authorized concessions.
H. 
Throwing or depositing any bottle, tin can, broken glass, paper, clothes, rubbish or offal of any description except in receptacles provided for that purpose.
I. 
Leading or permitting to run loose any animal or fowl of any kind.
J. 
Riding or driving, or propelling or causing to be propelled, any vehicle or automobile elsewhere than on the roads or drives provided for such purposes.
K. 
Starting, stopping, running or operating in any manner of any motorcycle, trail cycle, mini-bike or other similar vehicle within Bellevue Memorial Park.
L. 
Riding or driving any vehicle of any kind at a speed exceeding 15 miles per hour.
M. 
Parking of any vehicle shall be only in designated parking areas and shall be limited to patrons or persons using the facilities of Bellevue Memorial Park.
N. 
Parking of trucks or other commercial vehicles having a capacity of one ton or more, except for temporary parking related to loading or unloading within Bellevue Memorial Park.
O. 
Carrying or discharging firearms or fireworks within the limits of the park except by permit.
P. 
No person shall, for any purpose whatsoever, bring onto any part of the premises presently or hereafter used as a part of the Bellevue Memorial Park any intoxicating liquor or malt beverage of any kind whatsoever, nor shall any person while on any part of said premises consume or imbibe any intoxicating liquor or malt beverage of any kind whatsoever. Violation of this subsection or any part thereof shall make the offender liable not only for the penalties hereinafter provided for but shall subject such offender to permanent exclusion from the use of the facilities of the Park or any part thereof.

1. 
Parking of vehicles in Bellevue Memorial Park shall be governed by the following provisions:
A. 
Definitions.
MARKED PARKING AREA
As hereinafter used, shall designate the space marked by white lines or otherwise for the parking of one vehicle, whether on paved or unpaved parking space.
VEHICLE
As hereinafter used, shall include all automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, coaches, wagons, or the like which are customarily used for the transportation of persons or things.
B. 
Parking of vehicles is prohibited on all paved cartways within the limits of Bellevue Memorial Park, except upon the paved portion of same adjacent to the present bath house which shall be properly marked by signs indicating same as a parking area. Further, parking in any such manner as to interfere with or obstruct the ready flow of traffic upon such paved cartways is prohibited.
C. 
Within the paved parking area referred to in this paragraph .B, white lines or similar markings will be placed upon the paving in such manner as to permit one plainly marked block or space to be available for use for each vehicle parked therein. In similar manner, white lines or similar markings will be placed upon unpaved parking areas, and if such markings shall be placed thereon, the same shall be placed in such manner as to permit one plainly marked block or space to be available for use for each vehicle parked therein.
D. 
All unpaved parking areas within the limits of Bellevue Memorial Park shall be plainly designated by proper signs indicating that such areas are available for vehicular parking use.
E. 
The parking of a vehicle within a "No Parking" area, or in such manner as to cause any portion of the vehicle to be resting on or over a white line or similar marking designating a parking area shall be and the same is hereby expressly prohibited, it being the intention of the latter prohibition that such vehicle shall be parked exclusively within a single marked parking area.
F. 
For the purpose of expediting the proper handling of vehicular movement and parking within the limits of Bellevue Memorial Park, there will be designated what unpaved portions of the Park shall be "No Parking Areas." Upon its designation of same, "No Parking" signs will be erected thereon in such manner as to clearly indicate the area or areas in which parking is prohibited.

No company, society or organization shall hold or conduct any picnic, celebration, parade, service, or exercise without first obtaining a permit, and it shall be unlawful for any person to take part in any picnic, celebration, service, or exercise held or conducted contrary to the provisions hereof.

The Park shall be closed each night between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and sunrise the following morning, and the loitering, lounging or being present in the Park at any time within said hours shall be deemed a violation of this rule. Special permits may be obtained to remain in the park until 12 midnight for valid reason given.

All permits provided for hereunder shall be issued through the Borough of Bellevue Director of Administrative Services.

With the exception of the use of the swimming pool by nonresidents of the Borough of Bellevue, as per prior practice, the facilities of the Bellevue Memorial Park shall be limited to use by the residents of the Borough of Bellevue and those nonresidents whom the Borough of Bellevue, through its duly authorized agents, permits access to said facilities.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute a separate offense.
