The owners of real estate situate within the Township of Ross
shall keep trees that overhang onto the public right-of-way of streets
and highways in the Township of Ross trimmed so that a minimum clearance
of 15 feet be maintained over all the public streets and highways
of said Township.

1. The owners of real estate situate within the Township of Ross shall
keep bushes and other vegetation trimmed so as not to hang over onto
the public right-of-way of streets and highways in the Township of
Ross.
2. The owner of real estate situate within the Township of Ross shall
keep bushes and other vegetation within 15 feet of the intersections
of streets and highways trimmed to a height of not more than three
feet.

The Township of Ross shall give 10 days' notice to the owners
of real estate abutting upon public streets and highways to trim overhanging
trees, bushes and other vegetation and upon the failure, neglect or
refusal of such owners to perform the duties so required of him the
Township Commissioners shall do whatever is necessary to remove or
trim such obstruction, trees, bushes or other vegetation and the cost
of the same, together with a penalty of 10% shall be paid by the delinquency
property owner and may be collected by an action of assumpsit, or
the Township Commissioners may file a municipal claim against the
said property. The notice provided for in this section may be served
upon the property owner by leaving the same at his place of residence
or if he has no residence in the Township, then by posting the same
on the premises and mailing a copy therefor to the owner at his last
known address.
