No person or entity shall install, operate or maintain an arcade of coin-operated amusement devices or a billiard parlor or hall within the Township of Washington.
For each violation of the provisions of Article I, II or III of this Chapter 133, the applicant, owner or other person or entity interested as tenant, agent, servant, employee or otherwise in any building or premises where said violation has been committed or shall exist shall be punished as provided in § 1-1 of Chapter 1, General Provisions. The court before whom conviction is had shall fix the amount of said penalty not in excess of the maximum therein provided. Each and every day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
The Police Department, Zoning Officer and the Chief Construction Official shall each be responsible for the enforcement of this Chapter 133, and they shall have concurrent jurisdiction in effecting such enforcement.
