There is created in the Borough of West Homestead the position
of Borough Manager.

The Borough Manager shall serve at the pleasure of the Borough
Council.

The Borough Manager shall have the powers and duties as set
forth in Appendix 1-2C-A of this Part.

The Borough Manager shall be bonded in an amount to be set by
the Borough Council by resolution.

The compensation to be paid to the Borough Manager and all other
terms of employment shall be set, from time to time, by the Borough
Council by resolution.
