It is the intent of this article to regulate condominiums as
related to zoning and for the division of land for the purpose of
establishing a condominium plat.
A.
Prior to submitting an application for approval of a condominium
plat, the subdivider shall consult with the Town to become informed
of the purpose and objectives of this chapter.
B.
In order to facilitate the consultation, the subdivider shall provide
a plan drawn to reasonable scale depicting the general lot layout,
exterior property boundary, roadways, known easements and unique natural
features.
