1.
The taxpayers of the Township owing taxes on real estate for any
tax year may pay said taxes on real estate in four equal installments
pursuant to the following schedule:

A.
Twenty-five percent of the tax shall be due and payable on or before
April 30 of each specific tax year.
B.
Twenty-five percent of the tax shall be due and payable on or before
June 30 of each specific tax year.
C.
Twenty-five percent of the tax shall be due and payable on or before
August 31 of each specific tax year.
D.
Twenty-five percent of the tax shall be due and payable on or before
October 31 of each specific tax year.

If any installment is not paid on the dates aforesaid, such
installment shall be deemed delinquent.

2.
No abatement or discount shall be allowed on any taxes paid under
the installment schedule.
3.
A penalty of 5% shall be applied to each installment payment which
becomes delinquent.

This Part shall be effective January 1, 2016.
