All entrances to an adult entertainment establishment shall
be clearly and legibly posted with a notice indicating that minors
are prohibited from entering the premises.
Notwithstanding any other provision of the Code of the Town
of Milo, signs advertising an adult entertainment establishment shall
meet the following criteria:
A.
There shall be no outdoor sign, display or advertising of any kind
other than one identification sign limited to only the name of the
establishment;
B.
No sign shall contain any offensive sexual material or any part thereof,
nor shall it contain obscene language; and
C.
No adult entertainment establishment may have any off-premises sign.
