§ 1-441 Creation of New Hanover Township Recreation Committee.

The New Hanover Township Recreation Committee is hereby established to advise the Board of Supervisors with regarding to the need to regulate, equip and maintain Township funded recreation programs and facilities, and to supervise same.

§ 1-442 Powers of Recreation Committee.

The Recreation Committee shall only have those powers specifically delegated to it by the Board of Supervisors as set forth in the Recreation Committee Charter.[1]
