The Board of Supervisors of the Township are hereby authorized and shall from time to time adopt a resolution or resolutions that establish rules and regulations governing connections to the Township public sewer system that establish procedures for connection to the Township public sewer system, that establish standards and specifications for connections to the Township public sewer system, and that establish industrial treatment program local limits.

Resolutions adopted by the Township Board of Supervisors pursuant to this Part shall be deemed a part of this Part and shall have full force and effect of this Part and may be enforced by the Township as fully as this Part. Any violation of a resolution adopted pursuant to this Part shall be a violation of this Part.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a magisterial district judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not less than $300, nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues or each Section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
