Relating to the construction of a sewerage system in the Borough. (The system of sewers was to be located on the north side of the Pennsylvania Railroad, as follows:

From Race Street to an alley east of Cleveland Avenue.
2.
From a point on the sewer where it crossed Butler Street northeast 383 feet.
3.
From a point in an alley west of Broadway and crossing Third Street to Observatory Street.
4.
From a point on the sewer where it crossed Broadway to Observatory Street.
5.
From a point on the sewer where it crossed an alley west of Cleveland Avenue northeast approximately 980 feet.
6.
From a point on the sewer where it crossed Cleveland Avenue northeast 472 feet.
7.
From the end of sewer #1 at the alley east of Cleveland Avenue, northeastward 468 feet; a branch of this sewer was to be constructed on Blaine Avenue southeastward 100 feet.
8.
From Race Street to and extending along Manor Valley Railroad northeastward approximately 624 feet.
9.
From a point on the sewer where it crossed Third Street to Oak Street and extending on Oak Street northeastwardly 170 feet.
10.
From an alley between Oak and Observatory Streets northeast 244 feet.
11.
From a point on the old sewer line behind H. A. Lauffer's store northeastward 200 feet and southeastward 192 feet.
12.
From a point on sewer line #1 on Race Street southeast about 675 feet.

Authorizing the construction of a system of sewerage on the south side of the Pennsylvania Railroad in the Borough, directing the Borough Engineer to prepare proper plans and specifications, authorizing the Burgess and Town Clerk to enter into a contract for the construction of same, and providing for the cost thereof. Sewers were to be constructed as follows:

From Race Street southeastwardly 420 feet.
2.
From the end of the first course in sewer line #1 to Brush Creek.
3.
From a point 36 feet from Brush Creek southeastward 424 feet and extending further northeastwardly 140 feet.
