No human excrement or material containing human excrement shall
be put, thrown or placed on the surface of any ground within the Borough
of Forty Fort.

The contents of privies, urinals, septic tanks or cesspools
and any offensive material or pollutant shall not be put, thrown,
dumped or placed on the surface of any ground in the Borough of Forty
Fort.

The provisions of this ordinance apply to individuals, partnerships,
firms and corporations.

Any person, partnership, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions of this Part, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced
to a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment
of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30
days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues or each section
of this Part which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute
a separate offense.
