Editor’s Note: Former Part 7, Planning Commission, adopted
8/14/2008 by Ord. No. 4-2008, as amended, was repealed 10/12/2018
by Ord. No. 6-2018. This ordinance also assigned the powers and duties
of the Planning Commission to a Planning Department comprised of members
to be appointed by the Canton Township Board of Supervisors.
