The provisions of this article shall apply except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or official traffic control device.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIII (§ 280-42), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIV (§ 280-43), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A. 
The parking or standing of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times in any of the following locations:
(1) 
Any area designated as a handicapped parking zone, either on private or public property.
(2) 
Any area designated as a fire lane, either on private or public property, or within 15 feet of the fire hydrant.

B. 
No person shall stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XV (§ 280-44), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XVI (§ 280-45) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVII (§ 280-46) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVIII (§ 280-47) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XIX (§ 280-48) at any time between the hours listed in said schedule of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XX (§ 280-49), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except at the angle designated and only within the painted stall lines. On all streets or portions thereof where angle parking is now or shall hereafter be authorized, all vehicles parked thereon shall be parked with the front thereof nearest the curb.

The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited on all highways and rights-of-way within the Town of Ogden between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. from November 15 to April 15 of each year. Any vehicle found in violation of this statute shall be considered abandoned. Such vehicle shall be removed by or under the direction of the Police Department as provided in this chapter.
B. 
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited upon any portion of the public parking lot located at the Town of Ogden facility at 416 Washington Street between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. from November 15 to April 15 of each year; any vehicle found in violation of this statute shall be deemed abandoned. Such vehicle shall be removed by or under the direction of the Police Department as provided in this chapter.
