All ordinances passed by the City Council of the City of Lincoln,
Arkansas shall be posted in the following public locations: City Courts
Building; City Water Department; City Library; Lincoln Post Office;
and Lincoln Fire Department Office. Such posting shall be the official
means of public notice pursuant to A.C.A. § 14-55-206.

In addition the City may send all ordinances of a general and
permanent nature to the Washington County Enterprise/Leader for publication
one time following passage. Failure to publish an ordinance in the
Washington County Enterprise/Leader shall not be grounds for invalidating
an ordinance.
