A.
Pursuant to A.C.A. § 16-17-919, the Lincoln City Court
became a department of the Prairie Grove District Court on January
1, 2012, with the existing Prairie Grove District Judge appointed
to serve as judge.
B.
Effective January 1, 2017, the court shall be known as the Lincoln
Department of the Second District Court (or Washington County District
Court), with the judge appointed from one of four District Court Judges,
pursuant to A.C.A. § 16-17-1112(b)(1).

The City of Lincoln hereby designates the District Court Clerk's
office as the City office primarily responsible for the collection
of fines assessed in the Prairie Grove District Court, Lincoln Department,
pursuant to A.C.A. § 16-13-709.
