The City of Lincoln's participation in the Northwest Arkansas
Regional Mobility Authority is hereby authorized and approved.

The Northwest Arkansas Regional Mobility Authority Agreement,
which is attached hereto, is hereby approved.

The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the document
on behalf of the City of Lincoln, and transmit it to participating
members of the Northwest Arkansas Regional Mobility Authority for
consideration.
