There shall be a Finance Committee consisting of nine members who shall be elected by the voters at the Annual Official Town Election for three-year terms of office, and the Committee membership shall be so structured that the term of office of three members of the Committee shall expire on an annual basis.

The said Committee shall fill any vacancy which may occur in its membership in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 41, § 11, as it may hereafter be amended.

They shall consider any or all municipal questions for the purpose of making reports or recommendations to the Town.
The various Town boards shall, at reasonable times, when requested, furnish necessary information concerning their departments to the Finance Committee.
