Pursuant to the authority granted by and subject
to the provisions of Section 94.500 et seq., RSMo., a City sales tax
of one-half percent (0.5%) is hereby imposed for the purpose of funding
City building and park facilities.

Pursuant to the authority granted by and subject to the provisions
of Section 94.500 et seq., RSMo., a City sales tax of one percent
(1%) is hereby imposed for the purpose of funding roadway improvements/maintenance
and policing services.

The City of Weldon Spring, Missouri, shall continue
applying and collecting the local sales tax on the titling of motor
vehicles, trailers, boats and outboard motors purchased from a source
other than a licensed Missouri dealer.
