All special committees, commissions and other such appointments
as are provided for by ordinance shall be appointed by the Presiding
Officer with the advice and consent of a majority of the Board of
Aldermen. The Presiding Officer/Mayor shall notify the Board of Aldermen
of his intent to make such appointment(s) no less than seven (7) days
prior to the meeting at which the appointment(s) will be sought, as
well as the name(s), address(es) and other relevant information regarding
such appointee(s).
