Each and every bus company, or individual or individuals, managing or owning buses, using the streets of the Borough of Lemoyne, shall hereafter paint the bus stops used for the unloading and loading of passengers, and shall keep the same painted and shall also mark each bus stop with appropriate signs.
The said bus stops shall be kept free and clear of snow by the bus companies, or by individuals managing or owning buses.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction before a Magisterial District Judge, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $10, and costs of prosecution, and in default thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for not more than 10 days.
