Each facility shall at all times possess a current City business
license. By obtaining a City business license, the facility licensee
irrevocably consents to the immediate closure and cessation of operation
of the facility in addition to all other penalties or remedies available
by law for the failure to process a current City business license.

At all times, a facility licensee shall remain current and not
delinquent on any real or personal property tax, sales tax or fee.

Each medical marijuana dispensary facility shall pay sales tax
on all medical marijuana, and other tangible personal property sold
at the facility.
