This chapter shall be known as the "Vacant or Abandoned Property
Registration Ordinance of the Borough of Lewisburg," hereinafter referred
to as "this chapter."
The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all vacant and/or
abandoned properties located in the Borough of Lewisburg, and to all
persons and/or entities which own said properties as specified herein.
This chapter is not intended, nor shall its effect be, to limit any
other enforcement remedies which may be available to the Borough of
Lewisburg.
