The provisions of these regulations
do not apply and no Subdivision Plat is required in any of the following
instances:
A. Conveyances made to correct a description
of a prior conveyance.
B. Conveyances to the City for Street or utility
purposes.
C. Any court ordered division of a Property
resulting from condemnation proceedings.
D. The conveyance of Lots for use for public
utilities and pipelines which do not involve any new public Streets
or easements of access.
