Editor's Note: This ordinance provided that any violation
of this ordinance shall result in the issuance of a citation. Upon
conviction by the District Magisterial Judge, a penalty of not less
than $300 and not more than $1,000 shall be imposed, and also all
court costs and City-incurred legal fees shall be added to the fine,
and upon default of the fine and/or costs, the guilty party shall
serve up to 30 days in the county jail.
A.
No major recreational vehicle/equipment and/or trailer shall be parked on any lot zoned "residential (R)" as set forth in Pittston City Code Chapter 480, Zoning, except in a fully enclosed structure, carport or in the rear yard.
B.
No major recreational vehicle/equipment or trailer shall be used for residential purposes or for sleeping, office, or housekeeping purposes when parked or stored on any lot zoned "residential (R)" as set forth in Pittston City Code Chapter 480, Zoning, or any other location not approved for such use.
