From and after the effective date of this ordinance,[1] construction of all streets, roads and curbs, sanitary
sewers, and stormwater drainage facilities in the Township shall be
constructed in accordance with the specifications for construction
of streets, roads and curbs, sanitary sewers, and stormwater drainage
facilities attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit
A,[2] as the same may be amended from time to time by the Township
Engineer. The standards of construction for streets, roads and curbs,
sanitary sewers, and stormwater drainage facilities as set forth herein
are intended to apply to those streets, roads and curbs, sanitary
sewers, and stormwater drainage facilities which will be or become
maintained by the Township.
