On-premises licensees with a games of chance facilities license
for charitable gaming pursuant to New Hampshire RSA 287-D:7 shall
be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages until 2:00 a.m. Licensees
shall be subject to all conditions and requirements established by
statute and the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission.
