The Township Board of Supervisors may, from time to time, amend, supplement or repeal any of the regulations and provisions of this chapter. The enactment of a zoning amendment shall be in accordance with PA Municipalities Planning Code Section 609, Enactment of Zoning Ordinance Amendments.[1]

A landowner who desires to challenge on substantive grounds the validity of this chapter or the Zoning Map, or any provisions thereof, which prohibits or restricts the use or development of land in which he has an interest, shall submit a curative amendment in the form of a petition described in § 27-2703, including fees, to the Township with a written request that his challenge and proposed amendment be heard and decided as provided in Section 916.1 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10916.1. The Township Board of Supervisors shall commence the associated procedures in accordance with PA Municipalities Planning Code Section 609.1, Procedure for Landowner Curative Amendments.[1]

If the Township Board of Supervisors determines that this chapter, or any portion herein, is substantially invalid, it shall take actions in accordance with Section 609.2, Procedure for Municipal Curative Amendments.[1]

Proposed zoning ordinances and amendments shall be published, advertised and available for review in accordance with PA Municipalities Planning Code Section 610, Publication, Advertisement and Availability of Ordinances.[1]
