In addition to the minimum standards for site development as set forth in these regulations, the following minimum design standards shall be met for all development within the Business Zones.
Site development shall contribute to the overall physical improvement of the area in which it is located.
Where more than one detached building is placed upon a lot, the buildings shall be in harmony with each other and the specific layout shall be appropriate to the physical limitations of the lot.
Architectural design, landscaping and signage may be subject to review by the Design Advisory Board.
Parking areas and buildings shall be arranged in such a way as to provide for the orderly and safe flow of traffic and the safety and convenience of pedestrians.
(a) 
Within the property;
(b) 
Between properties as applicable; and
(c) 
Into the surrounding area.
All utilities shall be installed underground.
The requirements of Article VIII, Section 4, Landscape, Screening and Buffer Requirements, shall be utilized as a minimum standard for landscaping; however, all parking areas that are adjacent to a residential zone shall be landscaped to have a visually impenetrable screen year round.
