The provisions of this article shall apply unless it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or unless otherwise directed by a police officer or official traffic control device.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or to leave parked, any vehicle on any street between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to fire, police and other Village department vehicles, public service corporation vehicles while performing emergency work, ambulances or vehicles operated or driven by a physician when actually engaged in responding to an emergency call.
A. 
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in any of the locations set forth in Schedule G (§ 202-43) to this Traffic Code.
B. 
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in posted fire zones and designated no parking areas in the Caldor Shopping Center.
C. 
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited on public sidewalks and any unpaved portion of right-of-way.
D. 
The parking of commercial vehicles is hereby prohibited on any public street or in any parking lot or on other property owned or maintained by the Village of Pelham Manor except for such period of time as shall be necessary to permit the driver or crew of such vehicle to make deliveries to or otherwise service properties immediately adjacent to the place where such vehicle shall be parked.
E. 
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited on any public street within five feet of any driveway as posted by the Department of Public Works.
The standing of vehicles is hereby prohibited in the locations set forth in Schedule H (§ 202-44) to this Traffic Code.
The stopping of vehicles is hereby prohibited in any of the locations set forth in Schedule I (§ 202-45) to this Traffic Code.
