Subdivision of land — See Ch. 238.
Pursuant to Article II of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning
Code, 53 P.S. § 10201 et seq., there is hereby created a
Planning Commission for the Borough of Middletown. Said Planning Commission
shall be comprised of members appointed from the Borough Council in
accordance with law.
The Planning Commission shall have and exercise all powers and
duties conferred by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code,
53 P.S. § 10101 et seq., and Borough ordinances. The Planning
Commission shall have access to the Borough Solicitor and the Borough
Engineer to secure legal advice and engineering advice, respectively,
relating to the business and operation of the Planning Commission.
