§ 18-1 Brentwood Volunteer Fire Company recognized.

The Brentwood Volunteer Fire Company, a corporation, is hereby recognized as the fire-fighting company engaged in the service of said borough, as per provisions of Act No. 307, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, 1929, P.L. 709.

§ 18-2 Appropriations to relief fund.

All moneys received by the Treasurer of said Borough of Brentwood from the State Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in payment of the borough's share of premiums on foreign fire insurance companies, is hereby appropriated to said relief fund of the Volunteer Fire Company of Brentwood Borough, and said Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed immediately upon receipt of said payment from the State Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to pay said amount to said relief fund of the Volunteer Fire Company of Brentwood Borough.
