A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firms, corporations, etc., to drive a vehicle over hose stretched for the purpose of fighting fires.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firms, corporations, etc., to drive near or park near a fire or to interfere in any way with the police or with the firemen who are on duty and working to extinguish the fire.
Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs of prosecution or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
