[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee

There is hereby created within the municipal
government of the Township of Sandyston, Sussex County, New Jersey,
the office or position of Tax Collector, with all the powers, duties
and obligations afforded to the holder of such office by law.
The position or office of Tax Collector for
and within the Township of Sandyston shall be filled by appointment
of the Sandyston Township Committee.
The term of office of Tax Collector shall be
for four years from the first day of January next following appointment.
