It shall be unlawful to affix posters, stickers,
placards or signs of any nature to utility poles, street signs, or
upon any other structures within the rights-of-way of public streets
or highways within Upper Hanover Township at anytime.
Any person who shall violate any of the foregoing
provisions shall, upon summary conviction before a Magisterial District
Judge, be liable to pay a fine of not more than $300 and the costs
of prosecution or, in default thereof, to undergo imprisonment for
a period not to exceed 30 days.
