A gasoline service station, as hereinafter defined,
shall only be permitted to operate and be open to the public between
the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight.
As used in this chapter, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
A building or premises in which or upon which is conducted
a business involving the retail sale and direct delivery to motor
vehicles of gasoline and lubricating oil regardless of any other business
on the premises, which business may or may not include facilities
for lubricating, washing or otherwise servicing motor vehicles, but
not including facilities for body repair work or repainting.
Anyone found to be in violation of this chapter
shall be fined $500 for each violation.
