Decisions by the Board shall be made not later
than 60 days from the date of the final hearing. The final decision
on any matter before the Board shall be made in a written order signed
by the Chairman. Such decision shall state the findings of fact which
were the basis for the Board's determination. The decision shall also
state any conditions and safeguards necessary to protect the public
interest.
Decisions of the Board shall be immediately
filed in the office of the Town Clerk and shall be a public record.
The date of filing of each decision shall be entered in the official
records and minutes of the Board.
