From and after the passage of this chapter, it shall be unlawful to use any public street or streets of the township for a parade without obtaining a permit or license to do so.
Permits shall be issued by the Township Manager upon application therefor setting forth the purpose, time, place and route of the parade and other details such as the number of participants, length of parade, etc. Such permits must be issued at least thirty (30) days prior to said parade, but the route set forth in the application may be changed if the Township Manager is notified and approves the same at least ten (10) days prior to the date set forth in the permit.

Any person, firm, association or corporation who or which shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding before a District Judge, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than six hundred dollars ($600.) and costs of prosecution.
