[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners
of the Township of Lower Merion 3-18-1959 by Ord. No. 1265; amended
in its entirety 8-1-1973 by Ord. No. 1699. {Section 1 of this ordinance
provided as follows: "That the following rules and regulations of
the Board of Health of the Township of Lower Merion amending, revising,
consolidating and reenacting all rules and regulations of the Board
of Health of the Township of Lower Merion in a single, comprehensive
Health Code of the Township of Lower Merion, duly adopted and established
by the Board of Health of the Township of Lower Merion, at a meeting
held on June 3, 1973, be and the same are hereby adopted." Also, during
codification, original Article IX, Plumbing, was set up separately
as Ch. 115, Plumbing, and original Article XVII, Housing-Property
Maintenance, which had been repealed by Ord. No. 1748, adopted 9-17-1975, was deleted (see Ch. 92, Housing-Property Maintenance).} Amendments
