§ 37-1 Composition.

The Police Department of the Township of Wilkins shall consist of a Chief of Police, one Sergeant and at the option of the Board of Commissioners a second Sergeant and such number of patrolmen as shall be determined by action of the Board of Commissioners from time to time.

§ 37-2 Powers and duties.

The general authority, responsibilities and duties of the various ranks shall be as set forth in a resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners and as amended from time to time.[1]
